I will never buy anything from Kunal Jewelers. I placed a Large Order for a wedding, when I got the items they were nothing what I had ordered. A Compleate waist of my time and money. I was not even able to replace it with other same value items. Please DO NOT buy from KUNAL JEWLERS. They are very friendly before you hand them the money, and very rude when they have it in their hands.

I had a terrible experience of shopping at Kunal Jewelers. Not only I was sold defective goods but was cheated as well. I was given only half of the quantity of diamonds than what I paid for and what was mentioned on the invoice. Whenever I called to complain, none of the owners would come forward to talk even. Finally I contacted BBB (Best Bureau Business of NYC), but even they were not able to resolve the matter since they did not get response from Kunal Jewelers, hence KUNAL JEWELERS were given "F" rating by them. On BBB site I saw more complaints against Kunal Jewelers. So, dear shopper if you don't want to lose your hard money, then NEVER SHOP AT KUnal JEWELERS.
