I have been receiving your electronic messages about the reason my book was not delivered yet. You can save money by sending me electronic messages and lose sales in the future. I don't care if you guys are busy or if I need the book soon. What I care is that I paid for fast deliver. Besides that you promised me to deliver the book between 2 to 6 business day. It has been 8 business day and THE COMPANY DOES NOT EVEN HAVE THE PACKAGE TRACKING NUMBER! In your electronic message you say, "Expedited orders can take up to 7 business days. Standard orders may take up to 14 business days to arrive." I did not payed for that. If you can't accomplish with what you promised, don't do it. I am going to cancel the order and buy the book for a greater price in another place but I won't let you guys make me an idiot. How's that?!

DO NOT BUY FROM TEXTBOOKS NOW! I ordered my book 3 weeks ago and they have yet to ship it. I've tried contacting them to cancel to no avail. These fraudsters have an "F" rating with the BBB, need I say more?

They sent me the book....but not in the condition they said on line and without the CD. Very disappointed.
