The firm is a member of the AICPA Private Companies Practice Section and participates in the AICPA Peer Review Program administered by the Tennessee Society of CPAs. The firm is a BBB Accredited Business with an A+ rating. The firm was founded by Mike Crisler in 2003 to continue the public accounting career he commenced with Ernst & Whinney in 1988. In 2007 and 2008, the firm acquired CPA firms founded by Pamela Tidwell, CPA, and Von Harshman, CPA, respectively.
