Purchased a kitchen table with chairs. After putting 3 of the chairs together found a crack in the forth one. I called Christmas tree store to order the chair part that is cracked. I was told they do not have replacement parts and they don't have anymore in the store. IS THERE anyway to get a replacement part without having to return the table and chairs? Not a happy customer.

Purchases several 5 step book cases The Christmas Tree Shop. When assembling, the area around the screw cracked and came off the shelves. This has happened three times. I had to patch it and glue it. Thank goodness the breaks were on the inside and not noticeable from the front. Poor quality workmanship!

Purchased a Holiday Table Runner distributed by Nantucket Distributing - it was priced extremely reasonably ($ 9.99), is beautifully made, I am thrilled with the purchase. It is probably the nicest item I have ever bought on the internet sight-un-seen with the exception of seeing the pictures. I went back and purchased 3 more - the quality is outstanding - easily worth almost 3 times the purchase price ! The blue background with the embroiders snowflakes is stunning. Wish you had a matching table cover or napkins. Thanks for a quality product, very very, sensibly priced at Christmas Tree Shops.
