Dr. Ryan Timm is a dentist who should be avoided. He's not that bad at what he does, but it's his "other business" with which I cannot approve: kickbacks. I was referred by Dr. Timm's office to a specialist for other work, and was quoted a fair price for an initial exam. But when that specialist realized Dr. Timm had referred me, soon after I was given a different price, which was $50 higher than originally quoted. A series of phone calls ensued, and what became apparent is that Dr. Timm and other dentists/specialists in the Bend area refer patients to each other, and upon receiving a referral, unnecessary services and duplicate tests are ordered for the kickback to the referring dentist. When I realized I was being scammed and confronted Dr. Timm's office about this duplicity, I was told I was no longer welcome as a patient. That's the type of integrity he has: none. Dr. Ryan Timm, is an unethical man and patients should find another dentist in the Bend area to avoid being fleeced by him and his office.

Dr. Ryan Timm is great. Highly recommend. He always has been and was recently very helpful with a problem I was having. Trustworthy, professional.
