had a horrible experience with ken holden. he read me the 'riot act' my last session.he felt i challenged his knowledge and expertise. that was false accusations on his part. i simply wanted a imprint redone and he refused. his railing, high voice, red face, finger pointing and complete unproffesional behavior shocked me. i have never ever experienced such a ugly tirade from any business.
