Over the years we’ve developed other services that help facility managers optimize their portfolios. ISES is a 100% minority (Hispanic-American) owned firm. Our professional staff is comprised of experienced architectural and engineering inspectors, many of whom hold RA and PE certificates and degrees in architecture and mechanical, civil, electrical and industrial engineering. Our personnel not only have substantial experience providing our services, but also maintain special certifications in critical areas, such as LEED and energy management (CEM).
