They should be charged with animal abuse. I pity the poor dog locked up for hours on end in an outbuilding year round for the past two years. It barks nonstop. My neighbor has called them several times to try to explain the dog is stressed and it's not normal for a dog to bark nonstop for hours on end. The lady who answered the phone, the vet's wife, got snippy and hung up. They also have several fields of horses that don't have any run in sheds (or any trees!) to protect the horses from the blazing sun all summer long.
