Treated extremely badly here . It's one thing for things not to go well. But, when a professional hurts you and then laughs at you is another. As a health care professional I have always treated all my patients the same. I would never kick someone when they were down. With my last vist in this office, James Carpenter stabbed my very firmly withe his sharp metal explorer in the opened area he created above the right upper crown.I found out when i got the insurance statement he billed my insurance for the exam, and he never even looked into my mouth. The office manager told me I would probably like to have my chart with the comments. It was then I found that half the visits were never documented. This dentist never documented pre or post instructions, or cost before treatment. The incident or the entire visit was never documented when he knocked out my left upper tooth. Also never documented was the sharp pain that was created by him on the right side of my mouth when he offset the right upper canine crown, This caused the partial to be offset too. I would still like for him to tell me why he treated me the way he did. Looking back I only wish I had to it to do over. I would have left there and never let this person touch me. He was extremely cruel. acted very unprofessional when his male assistant Bobby was in the room. Also letting Bobby do work on me that was all unsuccessful. The Dr. knew this and only laughed, never correcting anything. But why ?
