The billing is horrible. 1) I was making payments and the latest balance did not include the previous payment. 2) The next payment was when I paid in full (but they took it out twice); leaving me with a negative balance and a overdraft fee. 3) I called and wrote them a few times and they refuse to refund. 4) When I was in the hospital again and had to use their services they send me a $40 bill (when they have $210 extra). 5) I had to contact 8 On Your Side/Better Call Behnken.
