DO NOT USE BRADFORD - READ MY STORY BELOW. We first used Bradford in 1998 when we moved to Keystone Hgts and have used them as "Our septic tank company" since. We are senior citizens and we treasure our connections and depend on them. However, we called them on 3/31 and arranged for them to come out on 4/1 and was told that they could be out early. (We had an appt in Orange Park at 3:00 - so we would have to leave by 2:00.) I explained that access to the tank was through a vacant lot right next to the house. This is the same as it has been since 1998. First off they did not arrive until about 12:43 pm and when I showed him where access to the tank was he acted as if he did not want to get out of the truck, and refused to back his truck in. He said he would get stuck so then we asked if he had any hose. His comment - No, it looks like you will have to call someone else, After we waited, and we were a returning customer, just like that - no advice, no apology, nothing!! Apparently Bradford does not need the business. We called Triple S, they came out the next day, a BIGGER & HEAVIER truck, pumped our tank, and really made us feel like they appreciated our business. I will never recommend Bradford again, and will tell everyone I know that you cannot depend on them. Harry & Mary
