No not really the driver would not listen to me and drove thru my backyard leaving deep ruts, when he could have stay on the road on my property and turn around, also he left trash in my yard for me to pick up, when talked to owner of company she was not very helpful about it just made excuses for the truck and driver but I have had 18 wheelers use the road that I told the driver to use to turn around and they did not leave 3 inch rutts in my yard. Also the driver told my husband that delivery would be on monday but did not make it til tuesday. So as for a rating on this company the only good thing is the shipment made it safely , but that is only good thing I can say about them. So no star! Because I rate companies on common courtesy, and they did not show any!
