02/19/2013 I was on driving on highway 680 south around 2:45 pm when I spotted a construction truck in front of me changing lanes every 10 seconds without signaling. The weather was very bad at the time, (Hard Rain) but this did not stop his bad driving. When I finally passed the truck, it said Ron Belmont Constuction on it's door. and the driver was on his cell phone. This is bad! License # 5T92361 will be reported. Company needs a driving safety education coarse update.
