my daughter and i decided to treat ourselves to a girls day on wednsday and have our nails done and do some shopping, we went to topnails where my daughter decided to have a pedicure and i wanted acrylic nails put on with a design. my daughter got right in and i was left sitting in the chair up front for 20 mins while one of the girls working took a nap in the chairs used for pedicures after she got off her phone. finally one of the ladys asked me if i wanted something and i said yes id like my nails done and this was the same lady that my daughter told what we wanted when we arrived. the sleepy one got up and took me to her station where i told her i wanted fake nails and she told me to pick out a color, i went and picked the color i wanted and she started cleaning cutting and working on my nails. she then put on this clear stuff and her and her friend talking to each other the entire time pulled out this different color and she started painting my nails this color. by then my daughter was finished and i had this funky blue color on my nails. the girl then handed me a bill for 58 dollars. i said what about the design she said you wanted a design i said yes and fake nails but you decided i needed this. I was very upset and would reccommend that there be a translator and maybe a real boss at this store.It doesnt seem right that i was required to pay 58 dollars for something i didnt want and couldve done myself at home if id wanted them painted. jackie whicker moravia ia 52571
