I went to the guy around the corner and I need to let everyone know that they should not go there. This is his Facebook page name. “Pozzi's Professional Auto Maintenance Inc.” Don’t believe the reviews there. This shop I think is appealing to women because it is clean very clean. I think that is appealing to women especially. You’re not afraid to walk in and touch something and get greasy. Mr. Pozzi comes off very knowledgeable and talks a big talk. Very pleasant and you leave feeling like you will be well taken care of. I towed my SUV to him and told him what we suspected was wrong was the timing belt. He looked at it and agreed it was the timing belt. He replaced the timing belt, letting me know he did research online that he did it right. Closed it all up and it still didn’t run. He blamed it on a faulty anti theft system. Which he was honest he knew nothing about. So we paid him $900 dollars knowing that more money would be needed to reset the anti-theft. I called around and that was a $75 fee and an hour of labor. I towed my car in and out and paid someone LESS to redo the job and actually find the issue. Pozzi did not fix my car! it was not the anti theft. Please do not go to Pozzi!!! he does not honor his word, he said he would pay the labor to fix it.

I have brought my vehicle to Pozzi's Professional Auto Maintenance a couple of times in the past 3 years. Each time I was able to get my vehicle in quickly and work was completed quickly, at a reasonable price. Rich found and fixed issues that other mechanics have missed. Very satisfied with the service I have received and very highly recommend this business to others.
