Horizon Beverage Co.Oaklandad,CA Re:Retail a/c #27600 Your company profile claims that you have 75 years experience in helping buisneses and that your company is best in the market BUT I DON'T AGREE WITH IT.Today was the regular day for sales person to take the order,no one showed up,its 8;00 pm in CA.Last week our cashier gets a call at 5:00 pm to take the order over the phone,and this happens often,who suffers ? our store who can and has purchased over 200 cases each week consistently in 2011 and that is the only time for about a year sales person used to take order regularly,THIS YEAR your company record will tell a different story,we are purchasing less and less because there is very little support If any.I have requested and also BEGGED to get proper signage,post off sheets,resetting of the beer box so that together both our store and your company can benefit,so NO RE-SET IN ABOUT 5 YERAS.ALWAYS PROMISES. I have spoken to different managers no one has helped in the past 5 years or so. Our store has the potential of selling a lot of your product but seems like HORIZON BEVERAGE doesn't care for small buisness like ours in Berkeley,CA. May I take the liberty of saying that all your claims are false of product support and service atleast in our case. Just venting out,I am aware that owners and top management may not be aware of how your company at local level has treated our buisness. I may share my experience with with A & BUSCH.
