Mark Elkins was not personally able to photograph our event while he was recovering from shoulder surgery so an associate was enlisted to photograph the event. Many of the pictures are too warm, and the lighting created shadows on people's faces. But the biggest problem has been in delivery of the goods. We paid in advance for 2- 10x10 photo albums. One album was delivered. The 2nd album has not been delivered, even after additional payment was made. In addition, payment was made for a framed wall enlargement that has also not been delivered. But the worse problem is that Mark Elkins has not delivered the DVD of all our JPEG from the event. Photography was the highest cost and priority for our event, and it is unreasonable that in spite of additional payments, the products have not been delivered.
