WORST COMPANY TO WORK OR RENT FROM!! High turnover rate for managers, 7 managers in less then a year. Charge tenants for carpet shampooing but they do not shampoo carpets at move out. Unethical and unreasonable expectations of there managers. Expected to work over time but do not pay you for hours worked. Poor treatment of there employees and tenants. No training or support for employees, "thrown into the firer"!! Worst company I have ever worked for, very dishonest and discriminates against those on section 8 vouchers. Told not to rent to familys on section 8 because they don't take care of there units!!
