THIS IS THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL BUSINESS I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH, THE OWNER OF THE BUSINESS HIDES BEHIND HIS HILLBILLY EMPLOYEES AND WILL NOT RETURN PHONE CALLS TO CUSTOMERS THAT HAVE QUESTIONS. HIS RATES RE THE SAME AS TIME WARNER BUT HIS EQUIPMENT IS FROM THE STONE AGE AND IS SHODDY AT BEST. IF YOU ARE UNHAPPY WITH YOUR SERVICE THEY TELL YOU TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. HOPEFULLY ALL HIS CUSTOMERS WILL LISTEN TO THEM AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE AND PUT THAT SORRY BUSINESS OUT OF BUSINESS. HE IS A MODERN DAY ROBIN HOOD HE STEALS FROM THE POOR AND GIVES INADEQUATE SERVICE IN RETURN

if you have a problem, they take the defensive. if you have 30 years of paid computer experience, they take a quadruple defensive stance. they tell you you are at fault for their modem failing. i don't like these people. i wish i had a choice other than hughesnet, but i don't. sigh. i must continue to deal with southern cayuga county cable and pray that time warner or verizon comes to my boondocks.
