My Gym offers fun-filled and challenging gymnastics-based classes for children from 3 months to 13 years. Our stimulating 1-hour classes introduces balancing, tumbling, hanging and agility skills, which helps the children develop a love of physical activity and a sense of pride in their achievements. My Gym also offers other programs such as Martial Arts for children 4 and older.
