Had a wonderful experience... referred here by a needlepoint shop for blocking and framing of some handwork. Exceeded expectations: worked with Bob to choose frames. Valued his expertise and willingness to make suggestions with rationale. Appreciated his knowledge about other items on my to-do list and willingness to provide quality information - haven't encountered anyone that customer service oriented in quite a while. Ditto Ms. Budd when I picked my items up. I'd return again and recommend them highly!
