Land surveying services including topographic and boundary surveys, construction staking, legal descriptions and more. As a professional Corporation in business since 1998, our goal at Dodson Land Surveying is to provide you with excellent service, knowledgeable advice and to assure your satisfaction with your finished product. Dennis Dodson, licensed to practice professional land surveying within California, has been surveying in Santa Barbara for over twenty years. In 1998 he took over Garner Land Surveying, a long-standing surveying mainstay in Santa Barbara County. While continuing to work with Garner's clients, Dennis has expanded his client base to include many local realtors, contractors, architects and other design professionals. We are here to guide you through any surveying questions you may have regarding your project, large or small.
