Art lives next door to me and has done some masonry for me (and all of the neighbors); he has put in a tile floor and has helped me out with numerous projects. His work is top-notch, done with great skill, strength, and care. He is also, quite simply, one of the nicest and most honest men you will ever find, He has laid sidewalks, put in hand rails, helped build a pigeon cage, put on roofing on a steep incline (He did this while I was gone as a surprise) and everything else you can possibly imagine as a fabulous neighbor, usually without charging any of us a dime. We all adore him and I know that you will, too.
