Unfortunately, the experience I had was not the least bit pleasant. My 2 item order was said to be shipped, then two days later, I was told that one item was out of stock. I asked for time to either cancel or select another item. They sent the one item anyway. I inquired via e-mail to two employees multiple times asking why they did not honor my request. But after about 6 e-mails, they continued to ignore my messages, until I threatened to call my credit card provider and reverse the payment. At that point, I was called by the owner, who became very snotty and blamed me for sending e-mail to a retired employee, and that I should have called instead of reply through the email messages sent to me by the company. I told her that it shouldn't matter how I attempt to correspond, especially if my messages are being ignored. After listening to her verbal abuse as long as I could tolerate and not lower myself to her level, I told her to just send a return delivery postage label and I would send it back. I then hung up in disbelief that I was being blamed for all the problems this company has in completing and order. She sent the return postage label days later, but as of this morning, I go to down-load the label and find that it is not valid and cancelled. Needless to say, I would NOT ever do business with any company that treats people in this fashion. Proceed with caution.
