I have been a customer since Dr. Creed opened in 1976. All my animals, at one time horses, and now dogs and a cat have been professionally treated by Dr. Creed and now Dr. Patreece Lanier. The medical staff is outstanding and I have never had a problem with any of my animals when I have taken them to Crossroads for treatment. I have recommended this hospital to hundreds of customers and all have been extremely satisfied with the service and compassion of this hospital and staff. Ann K Belmont 8-8-12

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND I was in love with this place until these past 2 visits. I took our 12 week old puppy in to pick up some Nexgard for fleas, and while there he ate something off their floor in the waiting room. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND I was in love with this place until these past 2 visits. I took our 12 week old puppy in to pick up some Nexgard for fleas, and while there he ate something off their floor in the waiting room. My wife, who took him down this visit, didn't see exactly what it was but had mentioned it to the people up front that were to busy waiting on customers to pay attention to what she was saying. The next day, I had to take our puppy back down there because whatever he had eaten had not passed yet, and needed to be took in for a check up and xray to be sure it wouldn't hurt him. Never during any of this exam, xray, talking.....never once mentioned the outrageous charge I paid for the visit and xray for something he had eaten off their floor, a floor which shouldn't have anything in it for a pet to eat... So, after going back and forth for a few minutes, I paid the bill, which should have been much lower or non existent, now they have sent me a letter in the mail with his records to discharge him and no longer wish to see him when I had one more shot to get at 16 weeks. This is total BS and I wouldn't take my pets there for anything ever again...if you do by all means watch whats in the floor for your little furry babies to eat...
