i work for argos u.s.a concrete.in december 2012 we had a vote with local 745 to join the union and out of 200 votes we lost by 8 votes to not go union because argos managment gave us empty promises and threats of losing our jobs.everybody that voted no realizes they made a mistake and everybody wants local745 to come back and give us drivers another chance to vote yes.i am asking the union to file a petition or whatever is the next step to come back to argos southernstar concrete and give us another chance please thank you for your time.help us please!
