SUPPLEMENTAL STAFFING Our clients utilize ROI employees' on an as-needed basis to assist in completing projects. As the workers' employer, ROI is responsible for all of the employment related paperwork and costs. In addition to the worker's pay, our rates include FUTA, SUTA, FICA, SUI and Worker's Comp Insurance. This service allows our clients the flexibility to staff for their peaks and valleys without adding additional overhead. CONTRACT TO PERM Our clients are able to obtain a full understanding of a potential employee's work ethic, reliability and trade knowledge before offering permanent employment.
