I;m a 68 yr. old disabled female. I'm the daughter of Frank Lillard of Francis Mine Burgettstownm Pa, Smith Twp, I'm comment concerns Panhandle Trails. We use to be able to get on Panhandle Trails. I don't know who owns the property that we walk to get on the trail! We can't get on the Trail anyone. We are blocked with a railing and a Big Boulder.We can't even go around it. My dad and I and sister.went to the Smith Township Board Meeting this month and asked them to move at least the Boulder. They will not! I have no vehicle. I want to be able to use a scooter. To go to Burgettstown. Can you help us PLEASE, Mr. Bologna.
