Terrible experience and I would never go back or recommend this type of treatment to anybody. Held my vehicle for over 9 months and couldn't even give me an estimated time of repair so I had no choice to leave the car on the insurance policy and make payments for nothing. No respect for my time or situation money wise or giving my life hardships. Unprofessional business conduct and little to no communication at all. I had to chase them the entire time for answers. Couldn't even provide part receipts from suppliers. Atrocious behavior to a customer.
