A Flower Place is my favorite place to shop. They made and delivered a gorgeous floral arrangement for my Mother's birthday. She was thrilled! The colors were so bright and vivid. Also, when I as in the shop I picked out a new outfit for myself. They have some really cute clothes. I would never have guessed that there would be so much available at one place. I highly recommend this show for flowers, gifts and more! Sally Sutton

Customer service and quality of flowers are unacceptable.

Came into this store to purchase a full casket spray for my grandmas closed casket service, the lady was nice and helped me look through the book, I found one that fit was nice and not crazy expensive, so I verified with her THREE times that it was indeed a FULL casket spray and she assured me that it was and that they’d even deliver to the funeral home so that was great! I ordered it and felt confident that it was going to be beautiful so I didn’t check on it (yes, that was my fault for assuming I was actually getting what I was told I would), so I arrive to her service and I am in complete shock to see that the casket spray was tiny! I was horrified. I was assured we would get one thing and then they deliver another. I call the company and they are so rude about it. I told them I got half of what I was told I would get, so I should get refunded for half of what i paid and they said no. That I still got flowers and they’d be happy to come during the service to remove them if they were so unusable. It wasn’t that they were “unusable” it was that this was our final goodbye and I wanted it a certain way and was told it would be a certain way and they lied. I would not have ordered it. They got their money, so they didn’t care that it was their mess up and would not make it right. Horrible company. Absolutely awful people. I should have went with anyone else but them. As if I wasn’t sad enough to lose my grandma, these people ruined the last chance I had to give her the ar
