I used this company back in June 2020 for air conditioning. Great job. But needed their assistance again this Jan. 2021 with furnace issue got a return phone call from them set up appointment day and was told they would call that day and let me know they were on way, no call all day called and left 2 messages and still till this day no return call or show up, that is only reason I gave such a low rating. It has been over 2 weeks and they still have not called even after me leaving 2 messages. Not good with communication I guess.
