In December I paid my water bill Dec. 14th, the Bank auto pays and it was posted to be in your hands Dec. 14th. You did not deposit it until Jan. 3rd and charged me a late fee. I would like you to remove the late fee as I was not late in paying my bill before the Dec. 25th deadline. We are in Tucson for the winter and I don't receive your bill quite on time so I just set up a payment of the $15.00 to be safe.
