I need to report my unpleasant experience with one of your drivers on September 22, 2016, around 12:50p.m. (u.s.dot 622559) truck number, TW, 611. I was in the right hand lane and your driver was in the left hand lane as we both were proceeding down Branch Avenue toward Brandywine Road. As your driver approached the construction ahead sign for his lane he started without warning to get over to the right hand lane where I was located, I then blew my horn for him to stop drifting into my lane, and each time I blew my horn he continued to push me out of my lane so that he could get in the lane that I was in. This practice of pushing vehicles out of their lane by your driver is a dangerous one to take. This type of practice will surely endanger other motorists as it did I, and should not be tolerated from your company or anyone. I would not be inclinded in entrusting the towing of my vehicle by your company in light of the practices that had taken place by one of your drivers. The incident was dangerous and safe driving practices need to be implemented for your drivers. I was able to have the passenger in my car on that date take pictures of the drivers truck and the vehices he was towing, for you to view. Please ensure me that this matter is rectified so as to avoid any possible legal actions against that driver and/or your company. Respectfully, P. Arnold
