I will never buy anything from this company again. I have used them for many years. I bought a pair of tennis shoes from their store, wore them once to only find out that the soles were removable. I was constantly skipping around inside the shoes due to sweat and being on my feet constantly. I wore them ONE time and would have never bought them if I had known the soles were removable. There was no sign or info that stated the soles were removable. I went to return them within my window and was told to come back at another time because neither manager was available. I then came 2 more times after this and was told the same thing. I finally was able to come on my day off and speak to a "manager" who then refused to give my money back because it wasn't within the window. And when I asked to speak to someone else she refused to let me speak to someone else. I came within my window and was returned away because of their lack of managers now im stuck with an expensive pair of tennis shoes that I can't use or wear. Very disappointed. I won't be shopping their any longer. Not to mention the "manager" was very rude to be after I told her I had been here on several occasions attempting to speak to her.
