I have been a shoprite customer for many years at this shoprite location of Ave I . i had a horrific experience with an unprofessional associate who used profanity towards me and shared with everyone in the store I was embarrsed and humiliated by this individual I spoke to the store manger Steve whom was very professional. I returned to shoprite the next day to return an item and coincidently she was passing by me with a shopping cart and immediately she stated omg this B is here again I asked for customer service to please page Steve and explained this individual is very disrespectful now i feel unsafe he actually witnessed her giving me looks that we're dangerous. Mr. Casey your prompt attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
