I recently bought a mattress at Interiors. The salesperson assured me that if there was an issue with it, they would "take care of it" as they are a family-owned company. After suffering in pain for months trying to get used to the new mattress, the chiropractor I started going to for my back pain suggested that it could be my mattress... I went back to the store 2x to check the firmness of the mattress I bought. The quality of materials, firmness, and overall construction of the mattress I received were not the same as the one on the showroom floor at Interiors.
After numerous visits, calls, and emails... Interiors will not replace or provide a credit.
I would strongly urge you to avoid this store as it does not stand behind its products.
