The Owner's name is Guy Landmeier. This guy is a crook. He needs to be shutdown before he takes advantage of more people. He asked for a large deposit, 1/2 the total before he started, then after only 20% complete, used the wrong product, broke an exterior light fixture (did not even apologize) he asked for more money, 75%. When I would not do it he walked off the job. He just kept lying then avoiding my repeated attempts to get him back. This can all be backed up with my documentation. Do not get ripped off buy this guy.
