How dissapointed i have been. I go to Mc Donalds every morning and also sometimes twice a day. The store location is Hampton n Chipewa in st. Louis. I really dont know why i continue to patronise them. The cashiers are the most unprofessional i ever endored. They are rude along with ignoring the coustmer while they carry on conversation about personal things about themselfs'. I have experinced so many ununacceptable service there, Last week i waited at counter for ten min. for a frapie. It seemed the manager on duty was in the middle of a dispute between the girl working the drive thru an the girl @ counter It was quit disterpping to have to listen to crusing in a family restarunt. Their many other things like yesterday thier was no whipcream for my frapie. The day before the machine was not working because the manger was cleaning it during lunch rush. Shouldnt clean up be done at a different time? Two days ago i called the mangment. i gave them information an also told them the wrong sand wich i recevide that day. Not only did i talked to one manager butt two. I proceded with many complants. i was told my name was in book an please enjoy a free reorder the next day. Once again i gave them my name same girl gave me adttiude when i told her my name. She said this girl called managment on me .SO i got same rude service as well as slow an with a hassle Whats a customer to do?
