I hate to say that I am extremely disappointed in the way my entrance turned out using Top Hats and Tails. I spent a lot of time, effort and money and chose your company because of the Cinderella carriage and strong recommendation from the venue I chose. This mixup of the carriage and wrong horse ruined my entrance. My parents and I drove over an hour each way to come to their farm and view the Cinderella carriage along with the horse that would be arriving for the day. I had a very nice time, and we bonded over the vision that I told them I've had since I was a little girl. I confirmed the Cinderella carriage and the dark horse (Big Billy or Lilly) live in person, over the phone multiple times, on the contract, multiple emails, and on the deposit payment even the final week before phone confirmation. The day of the wedding moments before I was to be escorted in the carriage to walk down the aisle, I walk out of the venue to get into the carriage and it is the wrong one! It was very upsetting and just crushed me. There was nothing that could be done and what other option did I have being a mile away from the ceremony- so I got in. This was a huge mistake and was the most important part of my wedding! To top off the awful feeling of that day with the wrong carriage -I then saw guests of the hotel going for carriage rides (not even my guests) around the parking lot which completely stole the spotlight and significance of my entrance that I paid for, for my big wedding day.
