My name is John Choquette. I live in Mariners Landing in Kingsland GA. One of your drivers, truck # 26448 parks his truck at his house in our subdivision. Your truck is in violation of the city's ordinance concerning commercial vehicles in residential neighborhoods. It also violates the homeowner/association rules for Mariners Landing. City officials have spoken with your driver and informed him that he will be cited for this violation. I am a board member of this association and we have spoken with the local towing company and have asked them to tow this vehicle per our request. They have agreed as long as we provide a notice on our letter head paperwork. I have spoken with the city's public works director and informed him that your driver is driving over the cities water and sewer lines when he parks in his yard. The city states it will take action for any damages to roads and utilities. Your driver lives at 154 Woodvalley Court in Kingsland GA. We are asking you to direct your driver to stop parking in this community. Thank you for your cooperation in this matter.
