I had been with them about 3 years, since I bought my house and the previous owner used them. Not only do they over charge by about a dollar more a gallon then every other oil company I recently priced out, but they are scumbags. The owner is a chauvinistic pig, when I told him I don't need my tank refilled every 2 weeks, and it was already very full, he threatened me - however when my husband deals with him, he's a completely different person. They have 1 good service person in the company, all the rest are incapable of doing their jobs. Forget about them making good on their own contract - I called up for the bi-annual furnace cleaning, which is supposed to be done every fall and late spring - they claim they can't fit me in until late December - after the furnace will already have to be used. Don't waste your time or money with this company, almost any one else is better.
