Owning and managing various properties was so overwhelming I was looking to sell better as I could no longer deal with all the stress. Don and his team are wonderful people! I have been renting an apartment with AIM Properties and never encountered any problems. They always take care of me and make sure if I have any maintenance issues they take care of them in a very timely manner. I will not be moving out any time soon I am treated to well!

AIM Properties has managed my properties for over a year now and I could have not chose a better company. They make sure all my properties are up to date with maintenance and anything they have to do I receive a original receipt for that job. They also interact with my renters every month delivering a envelope reminding them of their monthly rent due. Overall I am really content with AIM Properties managing my properties!
