BEWARE OF DOING ANY BUSINESS TRANSACTIONS WITH LORNELL INDUSTRIAL FORKLIFT SALES IN CHESTER, PA
We have recently purchased a forklift from Lornell in late September , wired money and are still waiting for delivery. After many phone calls and emails we are now seeking legal action as well as federal fraud charges . Please be aware of this in case you have business dealings with
him. See below, looks like we are not the only customers he screwed. If you have any information about Lornell, please forward to us or call direct at contact information below. Thanks for your help. Hope this warns you on not becoming another victim.

11/18/2011 We just bought a forklift from Lornel in late september, we wired
the money to him and guess what....... we are still waiting---we are filing
a police report on Monday, November 21st---anyone else has had problems
with Lornell please give us a call 216-536-7778. Looks like wire fraud and
more.

11/18/2011 I gave Lornell a deposit of $6,540 for a fork truck on October
17, 2011 that he promised I would receive in 5 to 7 days. He cashed the
check and has never returned one of my 30 or more telephone calls, emails
and letters. It has now been over a month and we are now going to proceed
with legal action to seek a return of our deposit.
