The company has very poor sevice. My residence has been a customer for over 20years. Each time they deliver fuel, they will not clean out the top of the tank, where there is a big nest, I am not sure how they manage to refill with the nest there, but they do. One year they even re-painted and still did not remove it. Now that I am 90 days past due on the $64 yearly tank fee they have disconnected the tank from the house, and guess what, they removed the nest!. This is unacceptable, if I am beign charged late fees, then you have no right to disconnet my service- USE NATURAL GAS!!! Mr. Heard, if you want your invoices paid on time, then change your billing cycle so that it doesn't fall on Christmas ever year.... I mean really... you have all year to send the bill. I guess that means I have all yr to pay, but as a long term customer, I would think you would have more consideration, very disappointed.
