My Vanguard trailer is twelve years old ! It pulls my 23 Ft. Streblow back and forth to central Florida every year. It pulls like a shadow ! Since you did away with the Carlisle tires, there are no problems. You need to remind trailer owners to do preventive maintenance. I just removed my bunks and cut off the rusted plates that hold the bunks. We added larger lag bolts I also spot welded large lock washers to the inside frame for tie downs.
