i would give zero stars if i could. i've built 4 homes in my life and this was the absolute worst experience. matt is unprofessional, a terrible communicator, and left our house with our punch list not finished. he also broke our garage door. it won't open now and he has yet to contact us to fix it. save your self some grief; stay far away from him and riverbend.
