I have heard of 5 incidents involving police at this location in the past 2 months, involving breaking and entering, auto-theft, property damage, and domestic violence. Somthing tells me nothing is being done to prevent this. SecurityGards look sketchy and take a stroll in their golfcart once a day.
Poor recomendation. Dont buy or rent here please!
