Worst company ever, had packages sent back in April, as of today, august 28th, packages have not arrived to their destination, they keep making up excuses and saying will take 2 more weeks. Dont trust this company ever... you will lose more than you will get by hiring a reliable company even if the rates are a bit higher.

There was no other place to write a review so I am writing this to NOT recommend this company. This company is by far the WORST company I have worked with for sending boxes to Mexico from Los Angeles!! Their customer service has NO idea what they are doing!! I speak spanish but when asked for english press 1 and spanish press 2 you would expect to speak to someone in english when you press 1 right!? Well this company has everyone answering the phone speaking in spanish, if they even answer at all! They take up 2 months to send 2 boxes!!! Make sure when you call about something you have the customers account number, even though they don't give this informsation to the customer!! Again, by far the WORST company EVER!!!!! POOR, to say the least, customer service!!!!!
