The staff at the Hose Shop were very helpful and took the extra steps to ensure the hoses I required were literally perfect. On the contrary to his employee's, the owner I found to be completely self absorbed, frequently used profanities and was overall rude in the way he spoke to his customers. I recommend the services this company provides just stay away from the owner (unless you prefer being verbally bulldozed.)
