If I could give this business zero stars, I would do so!!! I purchased a used John Deere zero turn mower from them for $2,200. It literally broke down after just one mowing of my yard.
When I took it in to the TriGreen - John Deere dealership to be repaired, I was told the mower should have never been sold. They said starter was bad, and that whoever sold it would have known that. Additionally, the belt shredded due to a number of other parts vibrating in a violent fashion and that all of those parts would need to be repaired. They said even then the mower would probably only hold up for roughly a year or two and the repairs would cost $1,700!!!
I will never do business with these people again. They are dishonest and immoral. BUYER BEWARE!!!
